Admission and Enrollment requirements for undergraduate studies
1- Civil Employee in a governmental institution Guarantor certificate addressed to the University of Technology -Department of Architecture including the purpose of guaranty bond (the name of the guaranteed student) ought to be mentioned.
A- Affirmation certificate of guarantor continuation within governmental institution
B- The four original identity affirmation documents of guarantor + 4 colored copies of all identity affirmation documents.
C- The presence of the guarantor is mandatory.
* If the guarantor is retired, the retirement identity of the guarantor is required.
D- Filling out the guaranty form exclusively by the guarantor
2- The original school document certification endorsed by the Directorate of Education addressed to the University of Technology, Department of Architectural Engineering + 4 color copies
3- The student's school card
4- The four original personal identity certifications of the student + 4 color copies of each certificate.
5- The student’s both parents' identity certifications with 4 color copies for each certificate.
6- Death certificate if he/she is deceased with 4 colored copies.
7- Accommodation confirmation from the municipal council or the mayor. Resident card certificate.
8- Two copies of the medical examination
9- updated photos (8 copies).
10- Receipt of the attendance fees in the amount of (2000) Iraqi Dinar with central admission fee receipt.
11-Receipt of identity fees in the amount of (5000) Iraqi Dinar from the financial division in the department.
12- Two files (original dossier +paperback with Name card). Extension of Nylon Filaments+ Nylon files (10). A compact disc (CD) containing all the documents submitted for registration.
In addition to what’s mentioned above, students accepted within the channels below must submit the following documents:
13- Affirmation certificate of guarantor continuation within governmental institution. The professors’ sons: the student ought to submit Affirmation certificate of guarantor continuation within the university (the student’s father or mother) addressed to the University of Technology / Department of Architecture, containing performance evaluation scores for the previous three years and a picture of the professor and his son /daughter within the same document.
14-Families of the martyrs submit the death certificate of the martyr to verify the relationship between him and the student, at the rate of (4) colored copies in addition to a certificate letter from Martyrs institution addressed to the University of Technology / Department of Architecture.
15-Parallel students’ studies ought to submit the payment receipt instead of the attendance receipt. Otherwise the student is not considered registered without paying the premium.
16- Channel of equivalency certificate students in the department:
Submitting the original document certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education with the final equalization certificate + (4) colored copies for each document. (It is possible to rely on the temporary equalization document until the final equalization document is received and within a period of one-year time from the date of issuing the temporary equalization document, otherwise the student’s admission will be canceled).
An exempting certificate from paying wages (with hard currency) from Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Immigrants Division for non-Iraqi students should be submitted. The final equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research should be submitted.
17-The first tenths ranked students channel: The first tenths ranked students on the institutes, submitting the original certificate with degrees issued and endorsed by the institution, mentioned within the recorded rank of the student, the major specialties, or the branch or both, addressed to the University of Technology / Department of Architecture + (4) color copies of it.
