The administrave Assistant.Prof. Dr. Abdullah Saadon Salman and the educaonal guidance
committee headed by Prof. Asmaa Mohammed Hussein held a meetting with the students of the
&rst stage at the department of architecture .
within the meetting, a number of observations and instructions were discussed in addition to the
explaining of the mechanism and nature of the subjects studied by the students in this
department by informing the students of the annual assessment courses (architectural design,
hand sketching, drawing and Training and workshops) to clarify the theoretical lessons
mechanism according to the study plan of the semester system.
Students were also instructed to maintain all the facilities of the department, including furniture
and classrooms, in addition to to know how to organize and manage time while making
maximum use of their study at this department .
The head of the educational guidance committee of the department, Dr. Asmaa Mohammed,
lectured the students about some of the problems faced by the students trying to &nd a logical
solution to these obstacles. The students were directed to extra activities such as organizing
visits to the orphanages to participate in social and cultural events
